Notes

If you need additional information on VPN client installation on a specific Operating system, please read the release notes and the user guide from Cisco Systems.

If you are using Netscape and Windows OS, the file name might have an additional .php extension appended to the end of it. If this is the case, you will not be able to start the installation by double clicking on the file you just downloaded. This is an issue with Netscape, not our site. In order to work around this issue, you will need to rename the file either before you download or after the download and remove the appended .php extension. Other option is to use Internet Explorer where the extensions of the downloaded files are kept intact.

If you are using MAC IE your download might not appear as a .dmg file. In order to work around this problem, you can donwload it using Apple's Safari browser. Your other alternative is to rename the file after you download and add the .dmg extension to it.
