Communication Technologies (ComTech) has upgraded MySoft.Net to include a self-service request form. This online order request form will replace the electronic form (e-form). The customer_service@ncsu.edu email box currently used to request telecommunication services will only recognize requests to re-initialize a voicemail box, password resets, dial zero changes, and voicemail box deletes.

If you or someone in your office is responsible for ordering services from ComTech, you will need to request access by sending an email to mariela_montero@ncsu.edu and provide your Unity ID and your Department OUC.
