The Office of Information Technology's Student and Media Services group (STS) is responsible for all student telecommunications services including telephone service (local and long distance), telephone features (call waiting, call return, three-way calling, call forwarding and caller ID) and voice mail. STS also is responsible for creating and securing content for the campus cable television system and programming two television and one radio stations.

Cable and telephone services are optional services that students must sign up for to receive. Services are offered as a per-room charge and the charge is split providing that both roommates sign up for the service. Students can sign up for or change their service by clicking the red "Apply For Services" button at the top of this page.

Students are welcome to get involved! WOLF TV is NC State's student television station. WolfBYTES Television is NC State's information, education and sports station. Students can also send their band's music to be played on WolfBYTES Radio. A limited number of broadcasting internships are also available through Student and Media Services and WolfBYTES.

Student and Media Services is located within the new Technology and Media Services Support Center in the West Dunn Building on the corner of Dan Allen and Thurman Drives. We are open 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday through the summer. Beginning this fall, STS will be open 8AM-8PM, Monday through Thursday, and 8AM-5PM Fridays.
