Request a Repair

Before calling the Communication Technologies office with your telephone problem, check the following things on your phone.

  • Is your phone plugged into the proper telephone jack?
  • If your phone has a power supply, is it plugged into the electrical outlet?
  • If your phone is ringing busy when someone calls you and you're not on the phone, your phone is probably forwarded to an invalid number. To clear the forwarding dial 11#.

If you are still experiencing problems, call 5-7099, option 5 to report your problem.
